Group Captain Hari Babu Sharma (Retd.), an alumnus of Rajasthan University, DAV College Chandigarh, IIFT Delhi, and IIM Ahmedabad, is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in administration, human resources, and leadership across defence, corporate, and consultancy sectors. During his distinguished 30- year career in the Indian Air Force (IAF), he held senior management roles in HR operations, security, training, and legal affairs. His achievements include managing recruitment and training for thousands of personnel, handling high-level investigations as Assistant Provost Marshal, leading officer training programs for Indian and international personnel, and successfully defending cases at High Courts and the Supreme Court. For his exceptional service, he received commendations from the Chief of Air Staff. Post-his stint at the IAF, he transitioned to corporate leadership as VP - Human Resources at Ackruti City Ltd (Hubtown Ltd) and thereafter as Chief HR & Administration at Ahmedabad University. He also served as CEO of Parsry Management Consultants and is a registered Insolvency Professional with IBBI since 2018.
